Computers For Kids takes in donations from other Organizations, Businesses, and many Homes that may have upgraded due to the ever changing technology needs of today's world. CFK then performs the necessary steps: removing the traces of the previous owner from the computer and replacing it with the proper tools to start using the computer for Education. The computers are then given to families that are in need of a computer for their kids, and cannot afford one.

CFK tries to offer every
family the same opportunity.

Computers are needed in grades as low as 5th, and would be beneficial to children in grades as low as 1st. Proper tools help with the growth of a child's mind. There are many programs that can be installed to further an education, that do not require the Internet. CFK does not believe that the Internet is any more of a baby-sitter for your children Now then Cable TV was in the past.
